Cherokee Lawrence
Hello! My name is Cherokee Motsinger and I have a background in both Nursing and Education!
I currently am a Infant/Toddler teacher at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Ann Arbor, and a Dance instructor for Pittsfield Township Parks and Recreation. Teaching has become a passion of mine with 12 years of teaching experience for many age groups and many teaching opportunities.
I thoroughly enjoy the privilege of helping little minds grow! I have taught fine arts from ages 2 through adult ages in music, arts, dance, tumbling and more!
I am a Milan School District alumni and had the privilege of having Debra Nichols as a music teacher.
Music has always been a passion of mine, and I incorporate the appreciation of music wherever I teach. I wholeheartedly believe that music is an important component in aiding in the development of young minds and bodies, and it is a true honor to be able to assist in that connection with them.
Come join me in watching and teaching our small friends by showing them how to sing, sign, communicate and move their bodies to music and more! I can't wait to meet you!
